• Manager and advisor for land acquisition, planning, development and disposition.
• Key roles on nearly 100 development projects totaling over 60,000 acres and 50,000 lots.
• Development permitting of infill, coastal, and environmentally sensitive properties.
• Advise non-profit open space managers.
• Feasibility analysis of properties in San Diego and across the western United States.
• Manage infrastructure component of international projects (Canada, China, Papua New Guinea).
• Serving clients from small builders and entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies.


How do we empower neighborhoods and individuals? My approach is to strive for quality [re]development; advocate for adequate infrastructure; encourage transparent and inclusive processes; and, break through bureaucracy and conventional thinking.
